Discover Nature Day: Nature Journaling

May 5, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm PDT

Free

Discover Nature Days are free family programs offered by Children’s Forest partners.  Each event features a different theme and location with a mix of science, art, and exploration.

This week’s program is Nature Journaling with Jennifer Curtis – artist, ecologist, and educator. Nature Journaling is a wonderful way to connect with and learn about the natural world. We’ll spend time learning the basics of nature journaling, practice drawing and sketching, and incorporate writing into our nature observations, all in a fun and encouraging environment.

Recommended for ages 6-12 with family.  Free!

Advance registration is required at this link.
